Bell Shots By Gina

I love the work Gina does because pictures taken by her are more art than just a random picture. Last weekend she came over the house to take some belly shots for me that I could keep and even hang in our bedroom. We had so much fun with it. She had many great ideas to capture my HUGE belly and the miracle of pregnancy. She truly did a fabulous job! I thought I would share them with those of you that haven't seen me lately. Enjoy!
ONLY A FEW WEEKS UNTIL BRAXTON IS HERE!

Braxton's Room

Braxton's room is almost complete. We had the room painted a month or so ago. I found the letters I wanted to use for his name but they never had an N. I went back week after week. Finally they had the N but in pink. Since I was painting them I bought the pink! Luckily you cannot tell. His clothes are washed and in his drawers, the curtains are hung and his hospital bag is packed. We still need a few final touched to left like hanging pictures and washing his bedding.
We bought this monitor that also has a motion senor that goes under the mattress. If Braxton stops breathing for 10 seconds an alarm sounds. We wanted to try it out so we put Kramer in the crib. The problem was he wouldn't stay on top of the sensor. I thought he looked cute so I had to snap a picture. The funny part is that Kramer is sure we are putting together this room for him. He is such a DIVA! His world is going to be turned upside down when Braxton gets here.
We went to the Doctor last week for my semi-weekly visit. I asked my AWESOME obgyn to do a 3D ultrasound for us. She has tried in the past, but was unsuccessful because he didn't have enough fat on his face At the visit she said yes and we need to do it know because soon there will not be enough fluid to get the image. Well.........Braxton being the toot he always is to the doctor once again showed he was in control. He put his hand over his face and wiggled his fingers. He moved his fingers away from one eye. He also sucked on a few of those fingers. We didn't get the image we wanted. We did get good news that he is growing at the right pace and is healthy. We also thought that he would be a tiny boy since my mother has small babies. Braxton will more than likely be a 8 pound or so baby boy! Sounds average but David and Greg were large 5 pound babies and Rich and I were just over 7 pounds.
The count down is on his due date is just a short 5 weeks away!
